A Sci-Fi epic that deals with the concepts of depression, co-dependency and survival - OXYGEN highlights the importance of mental health and how it can affect both ourselves and those around us. Through the medium of a planetary big-rig driver, Simon Legrand tells a beautiful story of support and survival from the most unlikely of candidates.

Inspired by the works of ‘Dune’ and ‘Akira’, the soundtrack had to be visceral and gripping whilst avoiding traditional orchestral elements normally implemented when scoring to picture - creating a sound print that was unusual, stark and unique enough to match the exciting dichotomy that unfolds on screen.
